About This Group
NAMI Greater Boston offers peer-led Connection Support Groups for adults living with any mental health condition. Trained facilitators with lived experience guide participants through structured discussions focused on sharing experiences, building coping strategies, and finding mutual support in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Groups are offered in both in-person and virtual formats.
What to Expect
Each session follows NAMI’s structured support group model, providing a safe space for sharing personal experiences and learning from others on similar recovery journeys. Facilitators are NAMI-trained peers who understand mental health challenges firsthand. Drop-in format means no commitment is required — attend as often or as little as you’d like. Both in-person meetings and online Zoom sessions are available for maximum accessibility.
