What to Expect

NAMI Northern Kentucky offers several group options: Connection groups meet Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 PM for individuals with mental health conditions. Family & Friends groups meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday from 7:00–8:30 PM. FoCAS groups specifically support caregivers of children with mental health challenges. All groups are led by trained peer facilitators who create safe, confidential environments for sharing and support. Both in-person and online participation options are available.
