NAMI Washtenaw County offers multiple Connection Recovery Support Groups weekly for adults living with mental health conditions in the Ann Arbor area. With groups meeting four times per week via Zoom plus a specialized NAMI Faith Group, this affiliate provides some of the most accessible peer support in the state.

What to Expect

Connection Recovery Support Groups follow NAMI’s structured peer-led format where participants share experiences, discuss coping strategies, and support one another’s recovery. Groups meet online via Zoom for maximum accessibility. The NAMI Faith Group integrates spiritual perspectives with mental health support for those who find meaning in faith-based approaches. All groups are facilitated by trained peers with lived experience.

NAMI Faith Group: 2nd Tuesday 7:00 – 8:30 PM; 4th Tuesday 7:30 – 9:00 PM
