NAMIWalks Minnesota 2026: Free Mental Health Walk in Minneapolis
About this event
NAMIWalks Minnesota is the annual community walk hosted by NAMI Minnesota, one of the longest-running grassroots mental health advocacy organizations in the country. Thousands of people gather to stand against stigma, honor loved ones, and raise funds for free education programs, peer support groups, and the NAMI HelpLine.
What to expect
Check-in opens early at Minnehaha Regional Park along the Mississippi River. The morning includes a welcome program, a community walk on accessible paved trails, food, music, and resource tables from local mental health organizations. The walk is non-competitive, dog and family friendly, and open to walkers of all paces and abilities.
