OCD Group Phoenix — Free Peer Support Group (Virtual)

OCD Group Phoenix (formerly The OCD Support Group of the Valley) is one of Arizona’s longest-running peer support groups for people living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Founded in 1990, the group has supported hundreds of individuals over the decades and now meets virtually, making it accessible to OCD warriors throughout Arizona and beyond.

About the Group

This is a genuinely peer-led space — run by people who live with OCD themselves, not by therapists or counselors. Members share what works, what doesn’t, and offer real-world support to each other in facing the daily challenges of OCD. Meetings typically draw 5 to 15 members and are kept confidential.

Meeting Schedule

  • When: 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month
