Autism Society of Greater Phoenix — Autistic Adult Support Groups
The Autism Society of Greater Phoenix (ASGP) offers a rich menu of free, peer-led support groups specifically for autistic adults across the Phoenix metro area. Every group is led by volunteer meeting leaders — not licensed counselors — creating a genuine peer community space.
Autistic Adult Support Group (In-Person)
A connection and social group for adults 30+ who are or think they might be on the autism spectrum. Younger adults are also welcome. Focus on sharing perspectives, learning, and enjoying time together.
- When: 4th Saturday of each month, 1:00–3:00 PM
- Where: Friendship Village of Tempe, Tempe, AZ

Autistic Adult Online Support Group (Zoom)
The same peer community, available virtually via Zoom. For adults 30+ on the autism spectrum or who think they might be.
- When: 2nd Saturday of each month, 1:00–3:00 PM

Late Diagnosed Adults 40+ Group (Zoom)
A peer-led support group specifically for adults 40 and older who were diagnosed or identified as autistic later in life. A space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who understand the late-diagnosis journey.
- When: 4th Thursday of each month, 6:30–8:30 PM
- Where: Online via Zoom
- Cost: Free (registration required)
Young Adult Neurodiverse Support Group (In-Person)
For neurodiverse young adults ages 17–35 — including those with ASD, ADHD, non-verbal learning disorder, or other learning differences. Build connections, expand your social network, and engage in discussions and activities. (A separate parent/guardian support session runs simultaneously.)
