About This Group
The OCD Support Group of Hawaii provides monthly peer support meetings for individuals living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder in the Honolulu area. Affiliated with the International OCD Foundation, the group meets on the second Saturday of each month, offering a safe and understanding environment for sharing experiences, discussing treatment options, and connecting with others who understand the challenges of living with OCD.
What to Expect
Monthly meetings last approximately two hours and provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for discussing OCD experiences, treatment progress, coping strategies, and challenges. The group follows a peer support model where participants share their experiences and support one another. Topics may include Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), medication, managing intrusive thoughts, and navigating relationships while living with OCD. New participants are welcome at any meeting.
