About This Group
The Portland Metro CHADD chapter provides education and peer support for adults with ADHD in the Portland, Maine area. Meeting monthly on the third Tuesday, this group connects individuals with ADHD through shared experiences, practical strategies, and resource sharing.
What to Expect
Monthly meetings feature a combination of educational presentations and peer support discussion. Topics include ADHD management strategies, medication, workplace accommodations, relationship skills, executive function tips, and life organization. The group fosters an understanding, non-judgmental atmosphere where adults with ADHD can connect with peers who share similar challenges and learn from each other’s experiences.
