Survivors of Suicide Loss (SOSL) San Diego provides peer support for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide. With 17 monthly support groups at 9 locations across San Diego County and 2 in Riverside County, SOSL is one of the most comprehensive suicide loss support organizations in Southern California.
What to Expect
SOSL support groups provide a judgment-free environment where suicide loss survivors can share their experiences, process complex grief emotions, and connect with others who truly understand their loss. Groups are facilitated by trained volunteers who are themselves suicide loss survivors. Individual support via phone and email is also available for those who are not yet ready for group settings.
