Trans Spectrum of Arizona (TSAZ) — Peer Support Groups for Trans & Gender Expansive People
Trans Spectrum of Arizona (TSAZ) has been providing free, peer-led support to Arizona’s trans and gender expansive community since 2013. Based in Phoenix, TSAZ offers in-person and virtual support group meetings for trans-masculine, trans-feminine, and non-binary/gender non-conforming individuals, as well as their significant others, family, friends, and allies (SOFFAS).
Support Group Meetings
- 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM MST

Who These Groups Are For
- Trans-masculine individuals (trans men, AFAB non-binary folks)
- Trans-feminine individuals (trans women, AMAB non-binary folks)
- Non-binary, genderqueer, and gender non-conforming people
- SOFFAS — Significant Others, Family, Friends, and Allies of trans people

- Free gender-affirming clothing closet access
- Assistance with legal name and gender marker changes
- Safe space social events and community gatherings
