What to Expect
When you call or text 988 or the NH Rapid Response line (833-710-6477), you will be connected with a trained crisis counselor who will listen without judgment, assess your situation, provide immediate emotional support, and help develop a safety plan if needed. Counselors can also dispatch mobile crisis teams when needed and connect you with local mental health services. Veterans can press 1 when calling 988 for specialized support. Spanish-language services are available.
