Al-Anon — Free Family Support Meetings Online & In Person | National
About This Group
Al-Anon Family Groups is a 12-step fellowship for people affected by someone else’s drinking. It is separate from Alcoholics Anonymous and exists for the family and friends, whether or not the drinker is in recovery. Al-Anon is self-supporting through member contributions and charges no dues or fees.
Ways to Find Support
Meetings run online, by phone, and in person. The meeting finder on al-anon.org lists local and virtual meetings, and Alateen meetings for teenagers affected by a family member’s drinking.
Who This Is For
Partners, parents, adult children, siblings, and friends of someone who drinks. You can attend whether or not the person you are worried about has changed anything.
