Brain Injury Association of Rhode Island – Support Groups
About This Group
The Brain Injury Association of Rhode Island (BIARI) offers peer support groups for individuals living with brain injuries and their caregivers. These groups provide a safe, understanding environment where survivors and family members can share experiences, discuss challenges, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who understand the unique impacts of brain injury on daily life.
What to Expect
Support groups are peer-facilitated with a focus on mutual support and shared experience. Meetings often include topic discussions, guest speakers, resource sharing, and social connection.
