Chasing the Rainbows — Free Infertility & Baby Loss Support — Online
Chasing the Rainbows is a national nonprofit supporting families through infertility, pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss. Holding Candid’s Platinum Seal of Transparency, the organization funds free, trauma-informed programs for grieving families across the United States — with daily virtual peer support at the center of its work.
What to Expect
Chasing the Rainbows hosts daily virtual support groups uniting infertility, pregnancy and infant loss survivors — perinatal bereavement peer groups where parents can speak honestly about traumatic loss with others who have lived it. Beyond groups, the nonprofit offers a Peer Mentor Program that matches you with someone who has walked a similar journey, an online chat community for between-meeting connection, mindfulness and gentle movement videos, the Cry It Out Loud! podcast featuring survivor stories, and access to a network of licensed trauma therapists and a funeral assistance program for families who need more than peer care.
Who This Group Is For
These groups welcome anyone in the United States grieving infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss, as well as parents navigating pregnancy after loss. Groups are virtual, so families in Arizona and every other state can join from home.
Why Peer Support Works
One in four pregnancies ends in loss, and over a million U.S. couples are affected each year — yet baby loss remains one of the most silenced griefs. Connection to someone who has walked a similar road provides what well-meaning friends often can’t: recognition without explanation. Daily access matters too; grief doesn’t keep office hours, and knowing a group meets today lowers the barrier to reaching out.
