HeartLight Center — Multigenerational Grief Support & Education (Denver, CO)

HeartLight Center — Multigenerational Grief Support & Education (Denver, CO)

About This Group
HeartLight Center is a Denver-based nonprofit providing free, compassionate grief support and education to individuals and families who have experienced the death of a loved one. What makes HeartLight unique is their multigenerational approach — multiple family members can participate in grief support simultaneously, with age-appropriate groups for children, teens, and adults running at the same time in the same location. This model recognizes that grief affects entire families, and that healing happens best when everyone has support.

What to Expect
HeartLight Center offers peer grief support groups where participants connect with others who understand the experience of loss. Groups are facilitated by trained volunteers and staff who create a safe, welcoming environment. During group sessions, children, teens, and adults meet in separate age-appropriate groups, allowing each family member to process their grief in a way that is right for them. HeartLight also offers grief education workshops, community presentations, and resources for schools and organizations. All programs are free of charge.

Who It’s For
Anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one — children, teens, adults, and entire families. HeartLight serves people of all backgrounds, regardless of the type of loss or how much time has passed. No referral or diagnosis is needed.
