Little Rock Vet Center – Veteran PTSD & Trauma Support
About This Group
The Little Rock Vet Center provides readjustment counseling and support groups for combat veterans, military sexual trauma survivors, and veterans transitioning from military to civilian life. Group therapy sessions address PTSD, trauma recovery, anger management, relationship challenges, and the unique stressors of military service.
What to Expect
Groups are led by licensed counselors, many of whom are veterans themselves. Sessions provide a safe, confidential space for veterans to process their experiences with peers who understand military culture and combat-related stress. Groups may include structured therapeutic approaches such as CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), open processing, and skills-based work.
