What to Expect
NAMI STL offers multiple support group formats. Support groups follow a structured, confidential model led by trained facilitators with lived experience. Groups typically last 60 to 90 minutes and provide space for sharing, mutual support, and resource connections. The NAMI Family-to-Family program is a free 8-session educational course for families and caregivers. NAMI STL also operates a HelpLine staffed by trained volunteers who can provide information, referrals, and emotional support.
