About This Group
The Schizophrenia & Psychosis Support Group, run through the Schizophrenia and Psychosis Action Alliance (formerly SARDAA), provides peer support for individuals living with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and related psychotic disorders. Through Schizophrenics Anonymous (SA) meetings, participants connect with others who share similar experiences in a safe, nonjudgmental environment grounded in the principles of peer recovery.
