About This Group
The Living Spectrum for Moms is a Colorado-based support network built by and for mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. With a membership of more than 1,200 moms, it is one of the largest autism parent communities in the state. The organization’s mission is to connect families to one another, create a supportive community, and ensure no mom feels alone on this journey. The group understands the unique emotional, logistical, and advocacy challenges that come with raising a child on the spectrum.

What to Expect
The Living Spectrum hosts regular in-person support group meetings for moms in the Denver Metro area, along with an active private Facebook community where members share resources, ask questions, and offer encouragement between meetings. In-person meetings provide a safe, confidential space to talk openly with other moms who understand your experience. Meeting details and RSVPs are shared through the private Facebook group.

Who It’s For
Mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, at any stage of the journey — from newly diagnosed to navigating adulthood transitions. All moms are welcome regardless of where their child falls on the spectrum.
