About This Group
The Autistic Career Collective is a monthly meetup facilitated by the Autism Society of Colorado for autistic adults navigating the world of work. Employment remains one of the biggest challenges for adults on the spectrum — from the interview process to workplace social dynamics to self-advocacy with employers. This group brings together autistic professionals, job seekers, and career changers to share strategies, resources, and mutual support in a judgment-free environment.

What to Expect
The Autistic Career Collective meets on the third Thursday of each month, with the location rotating to different venues around the Denver Metro area. Meetings cover a range of employment-related topics including job searching, interview preparation, workplace accommodations, self-disclosure decisions, networking, and building a career that fits your strengths. The group is facilitated by Lexi Lewis from the Autism Society of Colorado and features a mix of structured discussion and open conversation.

Who It’s For
Autistic adults who are employed, looking for work, in career transition, or exploring their professional path. All experience levels and career stages are welcome.
