Free Charcot-Marie-Tooth Support - Denver, CO | CMTA Branch

About This Group

The Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association (CMTA) supports people with CMT, an inherited peripheral neuropathy causing progressive muscle weakness and sensory loss in the arms and legs. CMTA runs a network of volunteer-led Branches across North America, including the Denver Branch, which connects to the CMTA Center of Excellence at the University of Colorado.

Ways to Find Support

The Denver Branch is led by Ron Plageman and hosts periodic meetings and educational events, including joint programs with the University of Colorado’s CMT Center of Excellence and outside research partners. Branch meetings give people with CMT and their families a way to connect locally, learn about research, and find local resources.

Who This Is For

People living with CMT and their families, anywhere in Colorado.
