About This Group
Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care offers professional grief support groups for adults experiencing the loss of a loved one. Led by experienced grief counselors, these six-week groups provide a structured, compassionate environment where participants can process their grief, learn healthy coping skills, and find comfort in shared understanding. You do not need to have had a loved one in hospice care to participate.
What to Expect
Each six-week session is facilitated by a professional grief counselor and covers different aspects of the grief journey including understanding the stages of grief, managing difficult emotions, navigating changes in identity and relationships, and finding pathways to healing. Groups are kept small to ensure each participant receives personalized attention and support.

Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care has been serving the Colorado Springs community for decades, providing compassionate end-of-life care and bereavement support. Their Grief & Loss Center offers a range of services for adults, teens, and children navigating loss, including individual counseling, support groups, and community workshops.
