About This Group
The Louisiana Capital Area CHADD chapter provides education and support for individuals with ADHD and their families in the Baton Rouge area. With separate meetings for parents and adults with ADHD, this active chapter offers targeted peer support for different populations affected by ADHD.
What to Expect
The chapter offers multiple monthly meetings: most general meetings take place on the 4th Sunday of the month at 2:30 PM at Jones Creek Library, and the ADDult Support Group meets on the 3rd Monday at 7:30 PM at Goodwood Library. Meetings feature a mix of educational presentations, resource sharing, and peer support discussion. Topics include ADHD management strategies, medication, school accommodations, workplace tips, and relationship navigation.
