NAMI Lincoln offers 19 different support and educational programs for individuals and families affected by mental illness in Lincoln and Lancaster County. Programs include NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups, Family Support Groups, Family-to-Family classes, Peer-to-Peer courses, and community educational presentations. NAMI Lincoln is one of the most comprehensive NAMI affiliates in the state, providing a wide range of free programs.
What to Expect
NAMI Lincoln offers a variety of peer-led programs. Support groups are facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experience and provide a structured, confidential environment for sharing and mutual support. Educational programs run as multi-session courses covering mental health conditions, treatment options, communication strategies, and self-care.
