Judi's House – Children & Family Grief Support – Denver
About This Organization
Judi’s House provides free, comprehensive grief support for children, teens, and families navigating the death of a loved one. As Metro Denver’s only freestanding grief center dedicated exclusively to youth, Judi’s House serves approximately 1,600 children and caregivers annually through group counseling, family support, and community education. All services are provided at no cost thanks to philanthropic support.
What to Expect
Children and teens are matched with peer groups based on age and similar loss experiences. Group counseling sessions meet four times per year and are facilitated by trained professionals. Parents, guardians, and adult family members also receive support through concurrent groups and free monthly virtual workshops. An initial assessment is required before joining groups.
