MotherWise Colorado is a free maternal wellness program that equips mothers with practical tools, emotional support, and community connection through structured 6-week workshop series and ongoing coaching. The program was designed to address the gap between clinical mental health services and the everyday support that mothers need — covering topics like stress management, emotional regulation, healthy communication, self-care, and building a support network. MotherWise recognizes that strong, supported mothers build strong, healthy families.

What to Expect
MotherWise offers a free 6-week workshop series that meets once per week for approximately two hours. Each session covers a specific topic — from understanding your stress triggers and building coping strategies, to setting boundaries, strengthening relationships, and rediscovering your identity as a mother and as an individual. After completing the workshop series, participants have access to ongoing individual coaching and community connection. Groups are small, interactive, and led by trained facilitators who create a safe space for honest, real conversation. Childcare may be available during sessions.
