What to Expect
Groups follow DBSA’s peer-led format with check-ins, topic discussions, and mutual support. Meetings are facilitated by trained peers living with mood disorders. Virtual Zoom meetings make groups accessible from anywhere in the region. No diagnosis is required to attend.
