How the pilot works

1. Weeks 1-2: setup. We build your branded directory, configure filters and intake, and train your team on one call.
2. Months 1-3: real use. Your staff and members use it. We send a one-page usage report every month.
3. Day 75: the numbers talk. We review usage together and propose an annual agreement. If it didn’t earn its keep, we part as friends.

I’m Stephanie Smith, LCSW. I spent years working inside a large healthcare system. Even as an insider with full access, I couldn’t surface the groups my clients needed. The groups existed. There was just no way to find them. That’s why I built this.

A note on what we do (and don’t)

My Therapy Groups is a directory. Group leaders write their own listings, and we don’t vet, supervise, or endorse them. We confirm every listing is a real, operating group. Enhanced verification for your filtered listings is available as an add-on.

Browsing the directory involves no protected health information. If your intake workflow collects PHI, we execute a BAA and route those forms through HIPAA-capable infrastructure, encrypted and stored outside the public site.
