Golden House provides help and healing for victims of domestic abuse in the Green Bay and greater Brown County area. For over 40 years, they have offered shelter, counseling, support groups, and advocacy to individuals and families escaping abusive situations. Their therapeutic support groups are a cornerstone of their healing services, helping survivors rebuild confidence and create violence-free lives.
Groups Offered
- Domestic Violence Support Group: Ongoing therapeutic group for adult survivors of domestic abuse, addressing trauma recovery, safety planning, and building healthy relationships
- Individual Counseling: One-on-one sessions with trained counselors for survivors at any stage of their journey
- Children’s Program: Therapeutic support for children who have been exposed to domestic violence

Who Can Join
Open to anyone in the Green Bay and Brown County area affected by domestic violence. All services are available regardless of gender, income, immigration status, or whether the individual has left the abusive situation. No police report required.
