Team Red White & Blue (Team RWB) is a national nonprofit that enriches the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their communities through physical and social activity. With four active chapters in Colorado — Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Grand Junction — Team RWB provides a bridge between military and civilian life, helping veterans build new friendships, stay physically active, and find purpose and belonging after service. The organization is open to veterans, active duty service members, and civilians who want to support the veteran community.

What to Expect
Team RWB chapters organize free weekly and monthly activities including group runs, ruck marches, yoga sessions, CrossFit workouts, hiking, cycling, and social events like happy hours, game nights, and community service projects. Activities are designed to be inclusive and welcoming regardless of fitness level — you can walk the run, modify the workout, or simply show up for the social hour. The atmosphere is supportive, fun, and rooted in the camaraderie that veterans know well. Eagle Leaders (volunteer chapter leaders) organize local events and ensure every newcomer feels welcome.

Veterans, active duty service members, military family members, and civilians who want to support and connect with the veteran community. No military affiliation is required to participate — everyone is welcome.
