About This Group

Yarrow Collective in Fort Collins is a peer-run organization offering over 40 free monthly drop-in peer support groups focused on mental health recovery. Their women’s mental health groups provide a safe, consent-based, and non-coercive space for women and femme-identifying individuals to share experiences, build community, and support one another through mental health challenges.

What to Expect

Yarrow Collective groups are drop-in — no RSVP is needed and you can attend as frequently as you choose. Groups are peer-facilitated (not therapist-led) and follow a consent-based model that respects each participant’s autonomy. Light snacks are provided. The environment is intentionally inclusive and welcoming to BIPOC, trans/nonbinary, chronically ill/disabled, and other underserved communities.

Yarrow Collective is a peer-run mental health organization based in Fort Collins offering free alternatives to traditional mental health services. Their approach is consent-based and non-coercive, centering the experiences and autonomy of each individual. In addition to support groups, Yarrow offers resources and community for people navigating mental health challenges.

2nd & 4th Thursdays: 6:00 – 7:30 PM — GenderQueer Peers at Community Impact Center, 525 W Oak Street
