A New Leaf is a long-standing Arizona nonprofit serving survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault across the Phoenix metro area. In addition to shelter, legal advocacy, and crisis services, A New Leaf offers free virtual support groups that anyone in Arizona can access from home.
Domestic Violence Survivor Support Group
A confidential, virtual support group for adults impacted by domestic violence. This group offers connection, encouragement, and a safe space where survivors can share experiences, process healing, and know they are not alone.

RISE Group — Sexual Violence Survivor Support
RISE (Resilience In Shared Experience) is a weekly peer support group for survivors of sexual violence. RISE provides a safe, confidential space to explore coping skills, understand the effects of trauma, and connect with others on the healing journey.
- When: Every Tuesday, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Format: Virtual via Zoom
- Cost: Free and confidential
Who Can Attend
Both groups are open to any adult (18+) impacted by domestic violence or sexual assault in Arizona. No prior connection to A New Leaf services is required. All meetings are fully confidential.
