Phoenix Vet Center – Veteran Readjustment Counseling
About This Group
The Phoenix Vet Center provides readjustment counseling and support groups for combat veterans, military sexual trauma survivors, and veterans transitioning from military to civilian life. Group therapy sessions address PTSD, trauma recovery, anger management, relationship challenges, and the unique stressors faced by those who have served in the armed forces.
What to Expect
Groups are led by licensed counselors, many of whom are veterans themselves. Sessions provide a safe space for veterans to process their experiences with peers who truly understand military culture and combat-related stress. Groups may include structured therapeutic activities, open discussion, and evidence-based approaches to trauma recovery.
